 Taking Photos of Land For Sale 

Overlooking the North Shore of Oahu 

​I started in the Oahu real estate industry in 1993, working for Conley Dew, Ltd. as a Receptionist and Marketing Assistant. From there, I was part of the big merger with four Oahu real estate companies which became Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. I worked as their Advertising Manager for 2 years before moving on to start my own business.

The reason I started Marketing Edge, Inc. is because I knew that Realtors are all independent contractors and needed assistance with both their personal marketing and the marketing of their listings.

During this transition, I discovered a great passion for photography! As the age of the internet emerged, real estate photography became the key component to marketing a property for sale. I am a self-taught, hard working photographer who challenges myself everyday to get better at what I do. One of my best assets, besides the dedication to my craft, is my customer service. I strive to make the process of photographing a property simple yet successful in capturing the essence of each place I shoot. I am reliable and easy to work with.

Along with providing professional photos of a listing, I also create Visual Tours which allow for the photos to be showcased in a slideshow set to Hawaiian music.

Other than real estate photography, my second passion is landscape photography, which includes close up photos of plants and flowers. I have canvas prints available for purchase or you can buy the image and have them printed. These large scale photos are a great way to enhance a home's appeal when staging it for sale.​
